In a candid Instagram post shared on Tuesday, the controversial therapist addressed what she described as toxic and traumatised mindsets.

She expressed frustration at the tendency of some social media users to wish for the downfall of other people’s relationships, especially when things appear to be going well.
“A lot of you are damaged,” Blessing CEO began.

“When you are damaged, anything beautiful becomes too good to be true. Being damaged isn’t an insult but a mental and emotional kind of disease that comes from our past pain.”
The relationship expert, currently engaged to popular auto dealer IVD, went on to reflect on how past trauma shapes people’s attitudes toward love.
She noted that many critics have become cynical after witnessing failed celebrity marriages or personal disappointments.
“You see relationships and marriage, there will always be make ups and break ups, you know why? Because it is two different people coming together in agreement. Disagreement is normal,” she explained.
The act of always thinking negative in the face of positivity is a sign of being damaged. I want you to go and heal so that any good thing that comes your way, you understand that you deserve it.
Blessing CEO also warned against projecting unresolved pain onto others and encouraged people to allow themselves to be vulnerable in love.
“You become anti-love because of fear and past trauma,” she wrote.
“Some of you have not even experienced anything bad but you have taken other people’s experience and begun to live in it.”
The social media influencer urged her followers to recognise that negativity in the face of positivity is often a sign of internal damage.
She believes many people are too afraid to receive love due to a fear of getting hurt.
“The act of always thinking negative in the face of positivity is a sign of being damaged. I want you to go and heal so that any good thing that comes your way, you understand that you deserve it,” she said.
Her bold post has since sparked reactions online, with supporters praising her vulnerability and others questioning her confrontational tone.
