The Nigerian women diary has always made it a custom to always celebrate women irrespective of their age , background and ethnicity. In a bid to fulfil this custom, the Nigeria women diary went to Muslim High school in Shagamu, Ogun state to celebrate a young girl by the name, Samson Omolabake for doing something worthy of commendation.
Omolabake, an SS2 student saw a purse containing valuables, an FCMB ATM card and 18K cash (eighteen thousand naira). She without thinking twice went ahead to the bank to return the Cash and the ATM card. When we asked her why she took such a decision , she replied “my mum told me never to take what isn’t
mine and she also told me to live a life of honesty”
Worthy of commendation , courtesy of the Nigerian women diary , books were obtained for Omolabake to celebrate her honesty and also to encourage young women out there that honesty, sincerity and integrity comes with a reward.
