Man Drags Delta State, Others to Court Over Paris-London Club Refund (Document)

In a document made available to MetroNews NG, one Dr. Maurice Ibe has filed a motion exparte in an Abuja high court over the recently released Paris-London refund to the Delta State Government.
Others joined as co-defendants include Attorney General of Delta State and Zenith Bank Plc.
In a suite No. CV/2469/17, Dr. Ibe, who is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Mauritz Walton Nigeria Limited, claimed the sum of twenty seven million, two hundred and seventy four thousand, one hundred and thirty five dollars, seventy nine cents ($27, 274,135.79) and another three billion naira due to him and his company as consultancy fee in refunded excess deduction in foreign loans recently shared by the Nigerian government among the federating states.
