Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has appealed to her loyal fanbase, known as “Toyin Titans,” to stop targeting her former protégé, Pelumi Olawuni, amid their ongoing public fallout.
In a Snapchat video shared on Monday, the actress called for calm and forgiveness, urging her supporters to de-escalate tensions surrounding the dispute that has dominated online conversations in recent days.
“Please, to everybody, it’s okay. Please forgive her,” Abraham said, emphasising the need for restraint despite the emotional nature of the situation.

She acknowledged that anger is a natural reaction but warned against allowing it to fuel further conflict. Drawing a broader perspective, she encouraged her fans to move on and refocus their energy.
“There is no one that cannot get angry… let everything slide. This is a new week. Toyin Titans, no distractions, please,” she added.

Abraham also highlighted her upcoming professional commitments, noting that she has several YouTube film releases lined up, along with a major project scheduled for December. She urged her supporters to prioritise these goals rather than engaging in online disputes.
Reflecting on past controversies, the actress referenced the intense criticism she faced in 2023 and 2024 following her public support for Bola Tinubu. She described the period as particularly challenging, stating that the backlash was severe.
Addressing the current situation, Abraham said the experience had reshaped her perspective on personal relationships and boundaries. She noted that both she and Abike had learned from the fallout and stressed the importance of moving forward.
“You said create boundaries, I will create boundaries… I have learnt my lesson, her too has learnt hers. Let it slide, let us change the topic,” she said.
The appeal comes shortly after Abike disclosed that YouTube flagged portions of her recent video discussing the dispute for potential privacy concerns. The platform reportedly identified specific timestamps for review, giving her the option to edit or remove the content without issuing a strike.
Responding to the development, Abike suggested that critics had coordinated efforts to mass-report the video.
The controversy escalated last Friday when she published a detailed account of her relationship with Abraham, tracing its evolution from mentorship to breakdown. The video, which has attracted over 100,000 views, included allegations of control, betrayal, and threats—claims Abraham has denied.
Tensions further intensified after Abike accepted a PR package linked to the film A Tribe Called Judah, associated with actress Funke Akindele. While Abike maintained she had communicated her decision beforehand, the move reportedly deepened the rift.
Despite the growing public interest, Abraham has maintained that she will not engage in a detailed public rebuttal, reiterating her call for peace and an end to the online hostility.
