Turkish giants Galatasaray have rekindled their interest in Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika as they prepare for a possible squad overhaul ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Super Lig champions had previously made a move for the Club Brugge star during the January transfer window, but their approach was turned down by the Belgian side.
With uncertainty surrounding the future of Lucas Torreira, who has been linked with a potential exit from RAMS Park, Galatasaray are now stepping up plans to secure a replacement.

According to Turkish outlet Yeni Akit, Onyedika has emerged as a top target for the Yellow and Reds, who view the 25-year-old as a fitting successor to Torreira in midfield.
Further fueling transfer speculation, Onyedika is reportedly unwilling to extend his stay at Club Brugge, with just one year remaining on his current deal. This situation could open the door for Galatasaray to make a renewed bid in the coming months.
