In an interview with the Director-General of Femi Odulaja Campaign Organisation, FOCO, Hon. Joshua Adewale (aka Dariye), was visibly happy about his principal, Prince Femi Odulaja, a House of Representative aspirant for Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, over his wide acceptance in Ijebu Ode, especially by the leaders of the People Democratic Party, PDP, in the region.
According to them, it is their belief that Prince Femi Odulaja is God’s endorsement for the Ijebu Central Federal Constituency with whom they are happy to align with.
“God has endorsed him and it’s said that who God blesses, no man can curse,” he said.
Hon. Adewale listed at least five notable leaders sponsoring Prince Femi’s ambition, among whom are Barrister Dipo Jimilehin, Chief Ojosipe, Chief Laide Oropo, Alhaji Seun Salisu (spiritual leader) and Alhaji Arowolo (spiritual leader).
And the anointed aspirant, whose mentors are the PDP LG Chairmen (Otunba Nowoola – Ijebu Ode, Chief Ojoye – Odogbolu, and Alhaji Aremo – Ijebu NE), has nine (9) PDP ward chairmen led by the C of C endorsing him.
No wonder the party faithfuls believe that Prince Femi Odulaja’s political ambition to represent the Ijebu Central Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives in Abuja is a joint project for them as quality representation is assured and hereby adopting the mantra ‘Ajo ma se’, which means ‘It’s a joint task’.
Putting all the above into consideration, the DG of FOCO, while extending warmth to the Mulsim faithfuls as they celebrate sallah, believes that the PDP ticket for the Ijebu Central Federal Constituency belongs to his principal, Prince Femi Odulaja.
