According to a source inside the club, the bad boy reality star was “all over her.” Later, according to the witness, the pair was seen kissing.
After leaving the club, they joined their friends at an apartment after picking up some alcohol at the liquor store.
Around 5:00 a.m., on the balcony of the apartment, a visibly drunk Scott and his shirtless pal were spotted having a cigarette.
Then, a pretty brunette emerged on the balcony.
