The Recording Academy has officially announced the timeline for the 2027 Grammy Awards, including the dates for nominations and the main awards ceremony.
According to the organisers, nominations for the prestigious music awards will be unveiled on November 16, 2026, while the ceremony itself is scheduled to take place on February 7, 2027.
The Academy also confirmed that albums and recordings released between August 31, 2025, and August 28, 2026, will qualify for consideration.

The event will be hosted at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and broadcast live on ABC. Viewers will also be able to stream the ceremony on Disney+ and Hulu.
In a statement shared on Instagram, the Recording Academy wrote: “IT’S TIIIIIME! The road to the 2027 Grammys officially begins now. Mark your calendars for submissions, nominations, voting, and all the key moments leading up to Music’s Biggest Night.”

The 2027 edition signals a major transition for the Grammys as the awards show moves to a new broadcast partner following a relationship spanning more than 50 years with CBS.
