Queen Salawa Abeni Join Others To Congratulate The New Aare Ona Kankaafo

The Queen of Waka Music, Alhaja Salawa Abeni in a press statement signed by Alhaji Seme WAP1, Pasuma Boy has joined her counterparts in music industry and good people of yorubaland to congratulate the newly proclaimed Aare Ona Kankaafo of Yoruba land in person of Otunba Gani Adams.
According to Queen Salawa Abeni, she described the proclamation of Otunba Gani Adams as a blessing to the yoruba race, and expressed satisfactory over the move of the Oba Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi in appointing the man who merits the position. Saying “this is a well deserved honour.”
She added that Adams is a courageous leader and patriotic Yoruba leader whose contributions to the development of the race is highly commendable.
He said, ”I congratulate Otunba Gani Adams on the conferment of the ancient title of Aare Ona Kakanfo (Field Marshal of the Yoruba) on him by the Alaafin of Oyo.
“He is courageous, fearless, strong, loyal and disciplined. He is a warrior’s warrior and he will never bow to the enemy.”
