QShelter, in partnership with The Fitness Religion Company (TFRC), is set to host the “2004 M00VE Experience,” a high-energy fitness and lifestyle event scheduled for April 18 at the 2004 Estate along the Monastery axis of the Lagos Coastal Road corridor.
The event will take place at the 2004 Estate, a modern residential development created in collaboration with Continental Civil General Construction Limited. The estate is designed to promote smart infrastructure, flexible property ownership, and a wellness-focused community lifestyle.
Organisers say the experience is tailored to bring together fitness enthusiasts, prospective homeowners, and investors in an immersive setting that combines wellness, community engagement, and real estate investment opportunities.

Participants will engage in high-energy workout sessions, group fitness challenges, and wellness-driven activities that reflect the development’s core philosophy of active, balanced living.
Chief Operating Officer of QShelter, Gbenga Alamu, said the initiative is aimed at giving potential buyers and investors a firsthand experience of the estate’s lifestyle vision.

“The M00VE Experience is designed to go beyond traditional marketing by allowing people to physically engage with what the 2004 Estate represents—wellness, connection, and long-term value,” he said.
According to him, the event creates a unique platform where real estate meets lifestyle, enabling participants to interact organically with the brand while exploring property opportunities.
Beyond fitness, the event will also serve as a networking and engagement hub where attendees can gain insights into the estate’s offerings, interact directly with developers, and explore investment options.
Organisers added that exclusive event-day offers and property allocation opportunities will be available, positioning the 2004 Estate as both a lifestyle destination and a viable long-term investment.
