Police investigates murder of Spanish businessman

Police in Mozambique are investigating the death of a Spanish businessman on the outskirts of Maputo, a police source has told Lusa.
A 73-year-old man from Elche, Alicante, was killed on Friday night at his home in Zimpeto neighbourhood, Maputo city police spokesman Orlando Mudumane said.
According to the police, a computer, a television and a car were stolen from the house.
The body was transported to another location in the 3 de Fevereiro neighbourhood, also on the outskirts of the capital, where it was partially buried, he added.
The police spokesman did not advance any possible motive for the crime, saying that investigations were ongoing.
