The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has taken a firm stand, urging the Attorney-General of the Federation and the Inspector-General of Police to initiate a thorough criminal inquiry into the musician’s conduct.
According to preliminary findings, K1 De Ultimate allegedly breached Nigeria’s civil aviation regulations during the flight, causing significant operational disruptions.
The NCAA’s petition emphasizes that no passenger, regardless of fame or influence, is above the law in Nigeria’s airspace.
In a powerful advisory to the Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON), NCAA Director General Captain Chris Najomo recommended placing K1 De Ultimate on a No-Fly List pending the investigation’s conclusion.
