Reality TV star and media personality Kiddwaya has cautioned women against undergoing Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery following reports that a woman died from complications linked to the procedure.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate shared the warning in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), urging women to prioritise their health and safety over cosmetic enhancements.
In his message, Kiddwaya encouraged women to embrace their natural bodies, stating that many men appreciate natural beauty.

“Dear Ladies. Please stop doing BBL. We love the way you are. Your body is perfect the way God designed it,” he wrote.
The reality TV star advised women who wish to improve their physique to consider fitness routines instead of undergoing surgical procedures.

Kiddwaya suggested that regular exercise and gym workouts offer a safer way to enhance body shape compared to cosmetic surgery.
“And if you feel you need to look slightly better then get yourself a gym membership and work out like a normal human being. Enough is enough,” he added.
His comments come amid increasing concerns about the risks associated with the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure, which involves transferring fat to the buttocks to enhance body shape.
Health experts have repeatedly warned about potential complications from the surgery, including infection, fat embolism and other life-threatening conditions.
Kiddwaya’s remarks have since sparked mixed reactions online, with some social media users supporting his call for natural beauty while others defended the right of individuals to make personal choices about their bodies.
