The Oganla of Fuji, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Odetola, popularly known as Pasuma, clocked 50 years yesterday and some of his close friends celebrated him at an exclusive event held in Lagos.
Pasuma, whose career as a frontline Fuji musician spanned so many years and has produced various hit-songs since the 90s till now, was all smiles as he was ushered into the venue of his surprise birthday bash.
The event, which took place at Zen Garden, a popular Chinese restaurant on Isaac John Street, Ikeja, was witnessed by the likes of Hon. Lanre Oshun, SP Saheed Egbeyemi and Mr. Yinka Sodunke.
Others are Sikirat Elegushi, the younger sister of Oba Elegushi, Deola Adeleke, Otunba Femi Davies and many others.
Being a private event, not many of his colleagues in the industry were present but the official celebration, which would take place December 3rd, has royal fathers across the SouthWest, politicians, colleagues and fans lined up to grace the occasion.
