Ex-boyfriend tracks down his ex-girlfriend, bathes her in acid

An Ex-boyfriend of a 26-year-old lady, Miss Deborah Eteh has been allegedly accused of bathing her with an acidic substance.
The man, was said to have traced her from Port Harcourt to Tombia Road, Yenagoa, where the incident happened.
Vanguard News gathered that both of them were in a relationship in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, before the victim, pulled out of the relationship and relocated to Yenagoa.
The suspect who is currently detained at a police station in Port Harcourt was apprehended by the victim’s neighbors.
The victim is currently receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre, Yenogoa where she was rushed to.
Spokesman of the state Police Command, Asinim Butswat, who could not confirm the incident, sent an SMS,
“I cannot talk right now, I will get back to you.”
Although, he had not done so at press time.
