The wife of the Anambra State Governor, Nonye Soludo, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, urging citizens to uphold love, unity, and peaceful coexistence.

In a statement released on Thursday, the Anambra First Lady described the celebration as a powerful reminder that sacrifice, tolerance, and compassion remain essential pillars for harmony in society.
Nonye Soludo, who is also the founder of Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo, noted that Eid-el-Fitr signifies a period of spiritual reflection, gratitude to Allah, and strengthened community bonds through acts of charity, prayers, and family engagements.

“Ramadan Kareem to the Muslim Ummah in Anambra State and across the country celebrating this important feast,” she said.
She added that the essence of the celebration lies in spreading genuine love and happiness, encouraging Nigerians to positively impact those around them.
“As you celebrate, remember that it is about spreading true love and genuine happiness. Let someone around you smile because of you. Let love, kindness, and oneness lead. Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones,” she stated.
Beyond the Eid message, the First Lady also recently honoured mothers during Mothering Sunday, describing motherhood as a divine responsibility that deserves constant recognition.
According to her, the value of motherhood transcends material expression, stressing that no gift can truly measure the sacrifices and love that come with raising a family.
