CryptoPreacher Rume Ophi expresses condolences to the Udu Kingdom on the passing of their monarch, HRM Barr. Emmanuel Bethel Otete Delekpe, Owhorhu I
Alternative finance expert and blockchain advocate, Rume Ophi Alvin, known as Cryptopreacher, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the royal family and the people of Udu Kingdom following the passing of their monarch, His Royal Majesty, Barr. Emmanuel Bethel Otete Delekpe, Owhorhu I.

In a statement released to the media, Rume Ophi acknowledged the late monarch’s significant impact, stating, “The news of the passing of His Royal Majesty, Barr. Emmanuel Bethel Otete Delekpe, Owhorhu I, has deeply saddened me. His reign was marked by wisdom, dedication to cultural preservation, and a forward-thinking vision that aligned with community empowerment.”
Rume, the Founder of CryptoPreacher Blockchain Academy, drew parallels between the monarch’s efforts to uplift his community and the potential of blockchain technology.
He further praised the late Ovie’s commitment to education and youth development, values that align with his own mission of promoting blockchain literacy among young Africans.
The late monarch’s contributions to peace-building and infrastructural development within Udu Kingdom were also highlighted.
The Otota of Udu Kingdom, High Chief Sam Odibo, has announced a nine-day mourning period from April 17th to 25th, 2025, in honour of the late Ovie, who is remembered as a symbol of unity and progress.
