The Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide has announced the death of its Spiritual Father and Leader, Ayo Ni O, Emmanuel Alogbo.
Alogbo died peacefully in the early hours of Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the age of 93.

The announcement was made in a statement signed by the church’s Secretary-General, Prophet Anthony Olusesan Samaye, who disclosed that the revered cleric passed away at about 2:10 a.m. at his residence in Lagos while surrounded by members of his family and domestic staff.
The church described his passing as a transition to glory, expressing gratitude to God for what it called “a life well spent.”

“With gratitude to God Almighty for a life well spent, on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire church, I write to inform you all that our Spiritual Father was called to glory in the early hours of today, July 30, 2026, at about 2:10 a.m.,” the statement read.
The church added that details of the funeral arrangements for the late spiritual leader would be announced in due course.
