In a newly released statement, ISIS took full responsibility for a twin suicide bombing which rocked an Islamist military base at Tall Al-Toukan in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
According to Amaq Agency, two ISIS suicide bombers entered a Ahrar Al-Sham training camp with explosive belts and motorcycle bombs, thus causing massive devastation in the wake of the attack.
The ISIS-tied outlet said 50 Ahrar Al-Sham fighters were killed or injured. According to initial reports, some 500 recruits were undergoing training at the base.
