According to news today, The National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), has deployed 40 floating jetties to render assistance in bringing water transportation services nearer to commuters to ease the cause of 6 months duration closure and fixing of the 3rd main land bridge in Lagos state
According to the news, the brige has been due to repairs over 6 months, and government look for means of finding it easy for transportation by deploying 40 jetties to help commuters.
This means will minimize traffic congestion, save users and also minimize time for workers who uses the bridge frequently as a means of transportation.
