A man has driven a van into group of ten people in the eastern German town of Munster before running from the scene on foot, according to reports.
There are reports of fatalities in the rural town in the about 80 miles southeast of the capital Berlin.
Up to 30 people are believed to have been injured.
The man is believed to have then run away on foot
