Social media is killing this generation —Rudeboy

Against the backdrop of the arrest of the Nigerian Instagram star Raymond Abass, known as Hushpuppi, by the Dubai police for alleged involvement in internet fraud, Rudeboy has raised concerns from the late Psquare group about the wrong effects of social media on the modern generation Youth.

Rudeboy, who is also very popular on Instagram to demonstrate his wealth and lifestyle, said that many young people always believe in the luxurious lifestyle of many celebrities on social media and are more likely to believe what they see.

The singer, who was alarmed by the incredible amount allegedly attributed to Hushpuppi, said he was concerned about how many people would jump on the dangerous trend on social media platforms and ignore hard work, and said, “Social Media will kill this generation. ”

He urged young people to avoid internet fraud and to focus on making their lives meaningful through legal means, adding: “It is only a matter of time before the alarm sounds. Social media is dangerous, but many people are continuing on the path of destruction, ”he said.

“Always be real to yourself, because wrong life is expensive. Make sure you are successful in real life and not the other way around.

“After separating from his twin brother Peter Okoye, the singer dropped his Paul Okoye brand and adopted Rudeboy as part of his plans to get his solo career going, but many people believe that both had trouble meeting expectations meet famous separation a few years ago.
