A key highlight was the committee’s visit to the Nigerian Navy Secondary School and Naval Medical Centre in Borokiri—facilities that provide essential education and healthcare services to both naval families and surrounding civilians.
Senator Daniel commended these institutions for strengthening civil-military relations, citing initiatives like the 2025 Navy Week’s free medical rhapsodies, which reached over 1,500 community members.
