A horrible video is making its way out of China – and it shows that bystander livestreaming occurs in all parts of the world.
The video shows a man confronting a woman believed to be his wife. He accuses her of infidelity, then attacks her with a meat cleaver.

Local reports say that police eventually arrived and took the husband into custody. Luckily the wife survived the attack.
