Hamzat Arrives Court As Lagos Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Delivers Judgement

The Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, has arrived at the Lagos Governorship Election Petition Tribunal being held at the Rosaline Omotoso Courthouse, Ikeja, today, September 25, 2023.

Our correspondent who is in court reports that Hamzat arrived at the court amid heavy security presence around 9.20 a.m. accompanied by some aides.

PUNCH reports that the tribunal has begun to deliver judgment in the petition filed by the Labour Party, candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and his Peoples Democratic Party, Azeez Olajide, better known as Jandor, against his election and governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
