First Lassa fever case recorded in Adamawa

First Lassa fever case has been recorded in Adamawa, with a victim, Gabriel Ambe, pronounced dead.

The outbreak was confirmed on Monday, April 16 by the head of the state’s rapid response team, Batulu Mohamme.
