TikTok content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has taken delivery of a N400 million mansion in Abuja gifted to him by real estate mogul King Ochacho.
Peller announced the development in an emotional post on Instagram, expressing gratitude to Ochacho for the generous gift.
The content creator said he was deeply grateful to receive the property, describing the gesture as a blessing he would never forget.
The gift followed a pledge made by Ochacho during Peller’s star-studded traditional wedding with his partner, Jarvis, on August 1, 2026.
According to a viral video from the ceremony, Ochacho had pledged, on behalf of himself and his sons, to present Peller with a N400 million mansion in Abuja.
Expressing his appreciation, Peller thanked Ochacho for believing in and supporting him.
He also acknowledged businessman and philanthropist Sososoberekon, whom he credited with introducing him to Ochacho.
Peller said the connection would not have happened without Sososoberekon’s intervention, adding that he deeply appreciated both men for their support.
The announcement has generated reactions online, with fans congratulating the TikToker and praising Ochacho for fulfilling his pledge within days of making it.
The property gift comes as Peller and Jarvis prepare for their white wedding, scheduled to hold at 3 p.m. today.
