Israeli President Isaac Herzog will commence the memorial services at the Nova music festival site, where many victims were massacred. This event marks the beginning of a three-day national journey to the massacre sites.
However, the nation remains divided in its approach to the memorial. Relatives of the hostages, still awaiting their loved ones’ release, are organising their own rally in Tel Aviv at the exact time the attacks began.
Later, a pre-recorded memorial service will be broadcasted from southern Israel. Due to ongoing security risks from rocket attacks, only a maximum of 1,000 individuals can attend the site in person.
Nevertheless, the service will be accessible through online streams and special television programmes, ensuring that the entire nation can participate in the commemoration.
