Primeboy, a childhood friend of the late musician Mohbad, has lamented over the police declaring him wanted, saying he was not invited.
Recall that on Wednesday, the Lagos State Police Command issued a wanted poster for Primeboy.
To the police’s surprise, he turned himself in today, a few hours after they had issued a wanted notice.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, announced the most recent information in a statement on X.
Primeboy revealed in the most recent interview that he was astonished to be listed as wanted with a N1 million bounty on his head and that the police had never invited him.
He allegedly talked to his family and attorney before showing up for questioning.
“The Nigeria Police didn’t invite me before declaring me wanted, I am not running at all, I was surprised to see my name plastered all over social media”.
