Police Denies Extra Judicial Killing, Bashes Human Right Group, Media (Video Evidence)

In response the story on major media outlets, MetroNews NG inclusive, the Ogun State PPRO has debunked it.
He insisted that the armed robber is hale and hearty:
This report is not only misleading but also mischievous. The suspect is a notorious armed robber/cultist who has just been arrested in ogijo. He is currently undergoing interrogation and helping the police in their investigation. I don’t know how the reporter jumped to conclusion that the suspect has been tortured to death without verifying from police authority. It is a bad example of what a journalist should be.
