Lagosians question gov’t emergency unit as man dies jogging on busy road (Photo, Video)

It has been reported that a corpse is lying in the rain all stretched out along a popular road in Lagos.

From his outfit, it was concluded that the man must have been jogging and rested on the culvert before taking his last breath.

All calls allegedly made to Lagos Emergency units yielded no results as none was responded to, which raised the questions as to the importance of funding for unit.

The public is also advised to learn application of first aid treatment through Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.

The incident happened on WEMCO Road, by Daily Independent Newspaper office,Ogba while the lifeless body is still in the rain as at the time of publishing this report.
