A housewife identified as Hadiza Ibrahim dragged her co-tenant to court for calling her a prostitute and also threatening to kill her.
The case was brought before a Shari’a court sitting at Magajin Gari Kaduna on Thursday.
The complainant also told the court that the accused person’s son entered her room and stole 65,000 naira.
She called me a prostitute and also threatened to kill me. Her son also entered my room and stole 65,000 naira belonging to me,’ she alleged.
The accused Malama Mas’uda denied all the allegations made against her and her son.
The Judge Dahiru Abubakar after listening to the two parties asked the complainer to produce her witnesses on 20th November 2018 for continuation of the case.
He then granted the accused bail on the condition that a responsible man be brought in to stand for her as surety.
