1MNaira Up For Grabs As Registration Opens for Revolution Plus Abeokuta 10km Race

Registration for the Revolution Plus Abeokuta 10km Race has been declared opened by the organisers.

According to Mr. Gbenga Davies, media spokesperson for the event “The registration commenced on Friday,7th June 2019 and is open to all between the ages 15 to 50 in both male and female categories, all willing participants of this historic event in Abeokuta can start registering.

“For quick registration, intending participants should visit www.abeokutamarathon.com to register for free or visit Moshood Kashimawo Olawale(MKO) Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta to pick up forms.”

Meanwhile, the organisers of the maiden edition of Revolution Plus Abeokuta 10Km Marathon has also announced $5,000,$3000,$1000 Local: 1Million Naira.(All prizes in male and female categories)

The Revolution Plus Abeokuta 10km race will hold on November 3rd, 2019. The race will commence at Onikolobo Iyana Oloke junction and finish at the palace of the Alake of Ebgba land. The route is duly certified by Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and endorsed by the International Athletics Association Federation (IAAF).

The race is supported by Ogun State Government, Revolution Plus Property, Rite Foods Limited, QMB Builders Mart, JAC Motors, Bet9ja, Athletics Federation of Nigeria, Confederation of African Athletics and proudly brought to you by Nilayo Sports Management Limited.
